Consumers’ digital behaviors on social space have become increasingly sophisticated today — they are active participants of social formation and social disruption. Their social consumption goes far beyond physical products and customer service.

Real-time social monitoring sees great economic value in observing conversational trend and analyzing comparative insights derived from media sensation and industry influencers. Real-time engagement helps monetize interactions among social platforms.

This project was a collaborative project between HP and Edelman Digital to develop social monitoring tools for the C-suite at HP. The purpose was to visually present social-business data conversion—how social conversation can impact and drive business growth across different sectors.

Experiential Design.

When exploring solutions for an innovative experience, one of the questions that we constantly ask ourselves is whether we should let a designed experience drive user behavior or let user emotion channel our design.

My philosophy.

When defining user experience, it is important to balance users’ analogue needs and digital desires.

A user journey.

A user path tells a story about what and why an individual behaves in order to purse certain information, more importantly, how she/he collects such experience socially.
